Cookies and Cookie ? What is different?

What exactly is a cookie??? I personally am a huge fan of cookies... at least the kind you can eat! (My favorite are Double-Stuffed Oreos, I LOVE them!) But what exactly is all this talk about cookies on you computer? Wikipedia.com defines a cookie as:

So, now the question is: why is it so important to remove the cookies from my computer? When you clear your cookies after completing an offer, the cookie from that particular advertiser is removed. And then you are able to complete more offers from the same advertiser (and still receive credit)-- not the same offers, but similar offers from the same company. It is ok to complete more than 1 offer from the same advertiser, as long as it is not the same exact offer.

And now the biggest question of all.... HOW do I clear the cookies from my computer ?
Personally prefer to use the free download at CCleaner.com. It clears your cookies with 1 simple click! Keep the CCleaner box open while you are completing offers, and when it is time to clear cookies you just need to click "Run Cleaner" and it clears all the unnecessary files, cookies, cache, etc on your computer. If you are using Firefox, you will need to go into the "applications" tab and uncheck "Internet Cache." If you do not uncheck the internet cache, you will have an error pop up every time you clear your cookies when Firefox is open. Keep in mind that when you are logged into any site and then clear cookies, it will also clear your log-in cookie... which will in turn log you out of the site. In order to prevent this from happening, open your CCleaner and click "Options" and then "Cookies." There will be 2 boxes: the box on the left that contains websites you have recently visited and the box on the right which is your "safe" box. Click on your program urls in the left hand box and add them to your safe box. This step will prevent you from being logged out when clearing your cookies, so you will not have to log back in each time you complete an offer. For example, move RainingRiches.com to your "safe" box so that clearing your cookies does not log you out of the site.

Below are steps to followed

Step 1: Open a Savings Account in HDFC
Step 2: Request for international VISA DEBIT CARD
Step 3: Create a Virtual Credit Card using Netsafe ( HDFC service ) www.netsafe.hdfcbank.com[ Note: VCC is valid for only 24 Hours]
Step 4: Open Paypal.com, Click on Register for Expanded Program
Step 5: Type Card Number,CVV and Expiry Month/Year and Submit
Step 6. Next Paypal will to enter Expanded number ( 4 digit code ), which paypal will send to HDFC Bank headoffice, which usuall reflects in Transaction History but won't reflect for Virtual Credit card so follow Step 7.
Step 7: Request HDFC for Expanded Code
Step 8: Enter Expanded Code and YOUR ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED.

I am sorry to inform you that, account created in India cannot add bank account to their PayPal account. The only option is to request a check but the minimum check you can withdraw is $150.00 USD. So I think it will be better to use the $USD that you have to purchase something.
