Some tips for an easy and fast registration:
1. Always fill in the form in English Language

2. Type in your correct and true information. Not completed or fake registration will be immediately deleted. We strictly monitor any new member while registering the account.

3. Passwords Tips: We offer our secure member card. For this new safety, always keep your password in a safe place, never give your password to anyone, even AsianPay Payments employees. We will never ask you for your password, if someone does they are cheating you, and we will never send to you an email with a login URL. See here below for more Login Tips.

YOUR MAIN PASSWORD COULD CONTAIN ONLY LETTER AND NUMBERS

If you forgot your password the only way to login in the system is through the Forgot Password system. All your passwords are stored separately, truly encrypted and we do not have any way to help you in recovery of them.

4. Security Question and Answer: the reason of this safety measure is to verify that you are the real account owner when you process a Forgot Password request. You should memorize or keep in a safe place your question and your answer. We can not help you on this, THERE IS NOT A RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR THIS PASSWORD, and you are strongly suggested to use a question and answer that means something to you only. Too many can know your mother's name or your father's name, or your birth date or where you were born and similar. This is why we do not present a choice of questions but leave to you the full choice of question and answer.

5. Country Password: the reason for this safety measure is to limit as much as possible non authorized accesses to your account. In most cases when someone is able to gather your password thay will try to login from a different IP address , usually from a different Country. In this case this more password is useful as an increased protection to your account. It works in combination with the Guardian PIN codes email. We are aware of an increase of spyware problems in some members computers. There was a couple of members that got their email account hacked and consequently was at risk of non authorized access. We have to say that our system worked pretty well, no money and no information was stolen.

Open more accounts
We allow our members to have more accounts for their different businesses. More accounts could be opened once you have registered your primary account. Just remind that all accounts should be under the same email address, you can not open more then one primary account, and that all accounts will benefit of the same verification level. You can not get different verification levels for single accounts.


Upgrade My Account
AsianPay Payments offers now 4 different account's levels to fit our members' different needs.

Unverified Level: Is the first level after signup and after having verified your email address. Does not allow any use of the services.

Basic Level: Deposit to your AsianPay Account by Egold, International WIRE, ATM or Bank Deposit in Thailand - Withdraw to Egold only - Transfer money to other members account

Verified Level: Deposit to your AsianPay Account by Egold,International WIRE, ATM or Bank Deposit in Thailand - Withdraw by Egold, International WIRE or Bank Counter Deposit in Thailand or to Debit Card no monthly limit ( no daily limit) - Transfer money to other members account - Use merchant tools

Certified Level: Deposit to your AsianPay Account by Egold, International WIRE, ATM or Bank Deposit in Thailand - Withdraw by Egold, International WIRE or Bank Counter Deposit in Thailand or to Debit Card - Transfer money to other members account - Use merchant tools

Add a Bank Account

1. Login Into Your Account.
2. From the left red framed box named "Registered Accounts" click on ADD near Bank Accounts
3. Follow the easy online steps.

Adding a Bank Account you will start your verification process to upgrade your account to "Verified Level" or you will complete your registration if you have already Certified your account. In any case, to get your Bank Account Approved you will need to send to us copy of a recent bank statement (not older then 2 months) related to the Bank Account registered. The Statement must be a copy of a real one where the Bank Logos, your name and your address are clearly visible. We will NOT ACCEPT copies of ONLINE INTERNET BANKING STATEMENTS

Deposit Money

To deposit money is really simple.

Withdraw Money

To withdraw money is really simple.

1. Log into your account
2. Click at the top on "Remove Money".
3. Complete the form and follow the easy steps

IMPORTANT:

Withdraw to Egold requests will be completed in minimum 6 hours to maximum 7 days from the moment we receive it and following the exact order the requests have been received.
Withdraw to Debit Card requests will be completed in not less then 36 hours and not more then 4 days after receipt of your request and following the exact order the requests have been received.

International WIRE withdraw requests will be completed in not less then 36 hours and not more then 4 days after receipt of your request.
With these limits we intend the time we need to materially provide the transfer, completing the process with our Bank. This limit DOES NOT include the time needed for the transfer to be cleared in your Bank Account because this time depends ONLY on your Bank and International Banking rules.

Thailand Bank Counter Deposit withdraw requests will be completed in not less then 36 hours and not more then 4 days after receipt of your request.
With this limits we intend the time we need to materially provide the transfer, completing the process with our Bank. This limit DOES NOT include the time needed for the transfer to be cleared in your Bank Account because this time depends ONLY on your Bank and International Banking rules.

Send Money

To send money to another AsianPay Member is really simple.
You should have the money you want to sent already available in your "Available Balance".

1. Log into your account
2. Click at the top on "Send Money".
3. Complete the form and follow the easy steps

Egold Services

Beside our standard fully functional Payment Processor Service we offer a safe low cost Egold service. Egold is now an allowed Deposit or Withdraw Option. The use of any Egold service is subjected to our User Agreement and an Egold account should be already registered in your "Registered Accounts" section.


If you want to cash your Egold just follow this easy process:
1. Log into your account - You must be at least at "Basic Level" to use these features.
2. Click on "Add Money"
3. Complete your deposit choosing "Egold" as per the deposit method
4. Click on "Remove Money"
5. Request your withdraw to your bank - You must have an approved registered bank.

If you want money to be deposited to your Egold account just follow this easy process:
1. Log into your account - You must be at least at "Basic Level" to use these features.
2. Click on "Add Money"
3. Complete your deposit choosing any of the allowed deposit methods.
4. Wait for the deposit to be cleared in your "Available Balance" ( read above the Deposit Money Section )
4. Click on "Remove Money"
5. Request your withdraw to your Egold account - You must have an approved registered Egold account.
